This notice is made pursuant to the requirements of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D). The 195th Wing intends to issue a task order to AECOM Technical Services, Inc. under IDIQ contract FA890321D0002 for Title I and Title II Architect-Engineer (A-E) services. The request for proposal was issued without providing for fair opportunity, as this task order is a logical follow-on to work previously performed by AECOM. AECOM will provide additional design services in support of the repair design for Building 23 at Sepulveda Air National Guard Station, California.
