Full Description

The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB CA has issued a sole-source procurement award to Open Roads Consulting, Incorporated to provide a VICADS 64 Camera Recording Server 4U MPEG4/H.264 and a Diagnostic Site Survey on the VICADS system already installed at Vandenberg AFB. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 334290, Other Communication Equipment, with a busines size standard of 750 Employees. The contract award is for an item for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1). This is a notice of an issue of award to a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will conside all proposals received with 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply and service as describe above. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
