Full Description

This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to Vimsoft, Inc., 15-141 Paul Street, Suite 202, Dieppe, NB E1A 6W8, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed procurement is for follow-on maintenance support and update packages for the Vimbiz Solution Suite software throughout DMA. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract for Base Year, with four Option Years. See attached Sole Source Justification and Approval. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
