--Sole Source Notice

On behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs (Manpower and Personnel) in accordance with10 U.S.C. - 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for services to AT &T Government Solutions, 1900 Gallows Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182-3865. This procurement is for the continuation of the operation and maintenance support of the Workforce Analysis and Civilian Forecasting Systems (WASS and CIVORS), as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW)(See Attachment). The Period of Performance is for Ten and a half (10.5) months. No option years are anticipated. Interested firms may email identify their interest and capability to the requirement by submitting capability statements to Marilyn Shortle at contact@example.gov. Interested small businesses who are certified and qualified as a small business concern under NAICS code 541511 with a size standard of $23.0M dollars shall submit their capabilities package. Capability statements must be received by the CCE contracting office no later than 10:00am (local time), 05 March 2007. This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The Government is not going to submit a request for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Go vernment not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated no later than 22 March 2007.
