THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-19-G-JV21. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to award a Job Order (JO) under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-19-G-JV21. The BOA was issued to Palomar Products, Inc., 23042 Arroyo Vista, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with statute 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition was the lack of sufficient technical data, restricted software rights, duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. As a result of this JO the overall contract ceiling for BOA N00164-19-G-JV21 will remain unchanged. This JO is in support of the PMA-290 P-8 aircraft which supports the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) PMA-290.
