Full Description

NA The Directorate of Contracting Fort Campbell intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Interstate Maintenance Corporation, P.O. Box 873, Fort Campbell, KY 42223-0873 for the purchase of grounds maintenance services postwide for the period 1 Oc tober 2003 through 31 December 2003. Magnitude of the requirement is to provided supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, and materials to perform grounds maintenance services on a 7-day, 10-day, and 21-day cycle postwide. Estimated value between $100,00 0.00 and $250,000.00. This sole source procurement will be a modification to an existing contract, subject to the terms and conditions of that contract and will be Other Than Full and Open Competition. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate t he ability to comply with the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Gove rnment. NAICS Code for this procurement is 561730. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Interstate Maintenance Corporation. Responses are due by 19 September 2003, 12:00 p.m. (CST).
