The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), to Abbott Rapic Dx North America, 30 S. Kelly Rd, Orlando FL. Abbott will deliver ID Now COVID test kits to the DOJ. These kits are the only kits that are compatible with the equipment that the DOJ is currently utilizing for COVID related purposes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 325413. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
