Full Description

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within seven days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please see attached Sole Source Justification for further explanation. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511110. All responses may be emailed to Joseph Haviland at contact@example.gov and reference number N0018916H1488 no later than 1500 EST on 19 April 2016.
