******THE SOLE SOURCE DETERMINATION IS BASED ON COMPATIBILITY TO EXISTING SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT – THE REQUIRED SUPPLIES OR SERVICE MUST BE COMPATIBLE IN ALL ASPECTS (FORM, FIT, AND FUNCTION) WITH EXISTING SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT AND THE SOURCE IS UNIQUELY QUALIFIED TO MEET NOAA’S REQUIREMENT. TELEDYNE IS THE SOLE ENTITY IN THE UNITED STATES THAT CAN MEET AND PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TELEDYNE ACOUSTIC DOPPLER CURRENT PROFILERS AND RELATED ACCESSORIES. REPLACING AGING UNITS WITH TELEDYNE ADCPs ENSURES CONTINUITY IN DATA COLLECTION, MINIMIZES INEGRATION RISKS, AND AVOIDS ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RECONFIGURATION, SOFTWARE MODIFICATION, AND PERSONNEL RETRAINING.
