This solicitation, issued by the Naval Information Warfare Systems under the Department of Defense, is restricted to CMDS MAC Awardees. The objective is to secure a contractor to provide enterprise-level IT solutions in support of Navy or DW operations. Proposals that pass these gates are evaluated on technical factors, with the Technical Scenario Response being the most important, followed by the Staffing Plan and Personnel Matrix. Cost and price realism analysis will only be performed for the HTRO. Proposals must be submitted by November 6, 2026, and must include specific attachments such as a transition-in plan, corporate experience templates, and a signed Section K.
