Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for one (1) brand-new, factory-produced MY2026 or newer high-roof 17 m3 class cargo panel van, left-hand drive, diesel, manual or automatic transmission, Euro 6D-Final/Turkish-EU homologated, and meeting Section 1 requirements. The requirement is stated by salient characteristics only and does not identify a required make or model. To submit a quotation, follow Section 3 and complete the required portions of the attached document.


The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation. Only quotations from manufacturers, manufacturer-authorized distributors/dealers, authorized resellers, or certified resellers with proof of authorization and warranty/support capability for the offered vehicle in Türkiye will be considered. Award may be made on initial quotations, without discussions.


Quotations must be submitted no later than 15:00 (local time) on Friday, July 31, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered. Quotations must be in English; incomplete, unsigned, conditional, or open-ended quotations may not be accepted.
