The Contractor shall provide gardening services, including the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other services necessary for the satisfactory performance of the work, at the following properties:


(a) The United States Embassy Chancery; and
(b) The Ambassador’s Residence.


This Contract shall consist of one (1) base year, with provision for two (2) additional one (1) year option periods, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.


The Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) for the total potential period of performance, inclusive of the base year and both option years, is USD 206,430.00.


The site visit will be held on May 21, 2026 at 9.00am at U.S. Embassy, Simpang 336-52-16-9, Jalan Duta, Bandar Seri Begawan and No 17, Simpang 217-36, Jalan Tungku, Kg Katok, Gadong.  Prospective offerors/quoters should email to BSBGSOProcurement@state.gov for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
