This notice follows the pre-solicitation notice ID F1S0AW6071A001 which was posted on 17 April 2026. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Aeronix, Inc under the authority of RFO 12.201-1.

Acquisition for Commercial Products and Services (RFO Part 12) procedures will be used for this requirement.


The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 12.201-1. The intended source is Aeronix, Inc. The requirement is to acquire Aeronix’s Tactical Data Link Studios (TDLS) software and maintenance of WinIDM.


The vendor shall provide Tactical Data Link Studios (TDLS) software and maintenance and maintenance of WinIDM.
