The Ministère de l'Éducation is seeking a modern SaaS-based digital platform to effectively manage various activities related to homeschooling registration and ongoing file management for children enrolled in home education. The platform must support key functionalities for different users: for the homeschooling management team (DEM) agents and resource persons, it should enable receipt, consultation, and processing of children's files, communication through an internal messaging system with parents, and management of re-enrollment processes. Coordinators within the DEM require tools for assigning children’s files to team members while maintaining family groupings and for accessing management data for statistical purposes. Parents must be able to register their children online for homeschooling, view and modify their children's records at any time, communicate securely with DEM agents, submit learning plans and related documents, and handle re-enrollment. The Ministry aims to collaborate with a firm possessing targeted expertise and thorough knowledge of the relevant domains to deliver this solution. The solicitation, issued by the Ministère de l'Éducation under the Government of Canada, with a response deadline of May 7, 2026, targets the development and implementation of this comprehensive SaaS platform in Montréal. The contracting authority for this project is Benoît Soucy.
