SOQ for Hydrogeologist Consultant - Carol J. Curtis Wellfield Well 1

Clark Public Utilities is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (RFQ506) from qualified hydrogeologist consultants to develop bid-ready plans and specifications for the construction of a new municipal well at the Carol J. Curtis Wellfield. The resulting professional services contract will be governed by Washington State law, designating all work product as work for hire owned by the utility and allowing for termination by either party with thirty days' written notice. While initial Class 4 cost estimates for the broader construction project range from approximately 58.4 million to 94.9 million dollars, the current RFQ focuses on the professional consulting services required to prepare the project for bid.
