This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Sound Absorbing Panels. This requirement is for a commercial product and falls below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). In accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services," Clause 12.201-1(c)(2) “Simplified Procedures”, the Government intends to solicit quotes directly from a limited number of sources (at least three).
