Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Sound Proofing Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, effective June 15, 2018. The following FAR Clauses/Provisions apply to this requirement: The Clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition.
