AI Contract Overview
The solicitation CM26034010, issued by DLA Land and Maritime, seeks qualified manufacturers capable of producing NSN 4330-01-425-7701, a fluid parts kit for military vehicle systems, under an Indefinite Quantity Contract structure. Interested parties must demonstrate their ability to manufacture the item to the same or higher quality standards as the Original Equipment Manufacturer through the DLA Weapons Support Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) program, which requires comprehensive technical documentation and evidence of production capability. Submission of the manufacturer’s complete location—city, state, or country—is mandatory, along with point of contact information, to be sent exclusively to Brandon Corbitt at Brandon.Corbitt@dla.mil. While no formal contract clauses, evaluation factors, pricing tables, or delivery terms are specified in the documentation, the solicitation implies compliance with federal acquisition regulations, particularly concerning certified cost or pricing data for contracts exceeding $2 million and the demonstration of commercial item status under FAR 2.101(b). The procurement operates under NAICS 333998 and references a potential three-year base period with possible option years, with an estimated annual demand of 4,758 units. Packaging and marking requirements are limited to the inclusion of NSN, CAGE code, part number, and manufacturer identification, without explicit reference to military standards. The official place of performance and payment address is Columbus, Ohio, and responses are due by May 22, 2026, with submission via email required, accompanied by unredacted commercial documentation such as invoices, catalogs, and technical drawings to validate eligibility and commerciality. CAGE codes for currently recognized suppliers are provided for reference, but no representations, size certifications, or socioeconomic designations from respondents have been submitted or identified in the solicitation materials.
