Sources Sought for OR FS FREWN602 28(1), Forest Road 28 Reconstruction
This solicitation is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only for the proposed contract work listed in the requirements section below. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Plans and specifications are not available at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section. This intent of this sources sought is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, and other Small Businesses interested and capable of performing the proposed contract work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition. Responses to this notice shall include the following:
(a) Company Name
(b) Address
(c) Point of contact
(d) Phone and email
(e) UEI number
(f) Bonding Capacity (per contract)
(g) Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business
(h) Listing of your highway/bridge construction experience within the last 3 years where you were the prime contractor for work of similar type and scope. Include contract numbers, titles, locations, dollar amounts.

Any offeror capable of providing this service shall respond to this Sources Sought by responding to the MS forms or e-mail to wfl.contracts@dot.gov no later than October 9, 2026, 1400 PST.
