The Albuquerque Area Office of the Indian Health Service is conducting market research through a Request for Information to determine the availability of qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing a urinalysis testing system, including reagents, consumables, and a cost-per-reportable-test service model for the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in New Mexico. This notice is strictly for planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or binding obligation; any future procurement will be issued separately. The requirement falls under NAICS Code 334516 for Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, though vendors may propose alternative codes with justification. Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov, possess a valid Unique Entity ID, and confirm their size status as a small business under the applicable NAICS code. The acquisition is set aside exclusively for ISBEE-certified businesses under the Buy Indian Act, and submission of the ISBEE Representation Form is mandatory. In addition to company details and certification status, offerors must provide a capability statement or product brochure demonstrating technical proficiency and service delivery capacity. Responses must be submitted via email to Shannon Eldridge-Shorty no later than May 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM Mountain Time. Failure to include all required elements will result in non-responsiveness. The place of performance is Zuni, New Mexico, and compliance with ongoing eligibility requirements is essential; false representations may result in criminal penalties under federal law. No pricing, delivery schedule, or contract terms are included in this notice, and no evaluation factors or award criteria are defined, as this is purely a market research initiative.
