This solicitation is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only for the proposed contract work listed in the requirements section below. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Plans and specifications are not available at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section. The intent of this sources sought is for market research to determine contractors with the necessary experience and resources capable of performing this work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine whether your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition.
