A market survey is being conducted to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set this future project aside for them. If your firm is a Small Business, certified HUBZone, 8A, Woman-Owned Small Business or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business and you are interested in this project please respond appropriately.
Project Title: Four Blanket Purchase Agreement’s (BPA) for Construction Materials Testing Services Performed at Four Separate Locations and Surrounding Areas.
PLEASE NOTE: These BPAs could be solicited as any combination of one total BPA or Four Separate BPAs, according to the mentioned locations below.
Provision of construction materials testing services, including associated labor and travel, in accordance with respective ASTM test requirements. Testing will predominantly occur during normal seasonal construction hours but may occasionally be required at night. Testing checklists include Aggregate Inspection (ASTM C1077), Bituminous Inspection, Concrete Inspection, Masonry Inspection, Soils Inspection, and Sprayed Fire Resistive Materials. Laboratory validation through the USACE Materials Testing Center (MTC) must be maintained for the duration of the BPA.
The dollar value of the agreement cannot exceed $200,000 per year, with a maximum total value of $1,000,000 over 5 years. No individual call under this agreement will exceed $2,500. The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized calls actually placed.
