Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under Contract DE-SC0012704 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting quotations for Fuel Oil Analytical Testing Services for Boiler Plant B610 located at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, New York.
The Contractor shall provide laboratory analytical testing services for fuel oil samples in accordance with applicable New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) requirements and recognized ASTM testing standards. Services include analytical testing of approximately five (5) annual #2 fuel oil samples and three (3) annual #4 fuel oil samples.
