This is a sources sought notice, this is not a request for quote. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this requirement including interested Small Business Sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.


The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Periodic Health Assessments; contract is to serve as a force multiplier for the New York Army National Guard MEDCOM.


New York Army National Guard MEDCOM has a requirement for Periodic Health Assessments. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.


All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote AND the Sources Sought Information Request form (blank copy attached to announcement) no later than 07 JULY 2026 0800.
