Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Part-Time Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide services for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center (UMUHC) located in Towaoc, CO.
