OptumServe Health Services, Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin, is awarded the Remote Health Reserve Program-4th Generation (RHRP-4) Support Services for $1,068,444,680.13 for medical, dental, and behavioral health services in the form of assessments, physical exams, laboratory services, diagnostics, audiology services, optometry services, immunizations, dental exams, and dental treatment in the United States (the 50 States and the District of Columbia), the Commonwealths of Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands, the territories of American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The total maximum dollar value (program ceiling) for all task orders placed under this Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract (HT001126DE001) is $1,610,000,000. The guaranteed minimum dollar value for the entire contract period of performance is $11,000,000. The first task order is for Transition-in effort in the amount of $22,823,948.94 O&M funding, at the execution of the basic contract award. Solicitation HT001125R0020 received 4 timely offers.
