Mine Warfare (MIW) and Surface Mine Countermeasures (SMCM) Design Agent (DA), Technical Direction Agent (TDA), In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, is seeking written information from qualified sources to support a potential requirement involving Mine Warfare and Surface Mine Countermeasures. This includes functions as a Design Agent, Technical Direction Agent, In-Service Engineering Agent, and Foreign Military Sales support. The scope covers a broad range of activities such as program management, research and development, testing and evaluation, engineering, hardware/software development and installation, as well as ongoing operations and maintenance support related to mine countermeasure combat systems. The current work is provided under a SeaPort task order with Innovative Professional Solutions as the incumbent, and the anticipated contract type is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee arrangement with a one-year base period and four one-year options. The work is based at NSWC Panama City in Florida, involves handling classified information up to the SECRET level, and will require both domestic and overseas travel.
