This is a follow up to Sources Sought Notice N61331-26-SN-Q28 for Mine Warfare (MIW) and Surface Mine Countermeasures (SMCM) Design Agent (DA), Technical Direction Agent (TDA), In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Support posted on 23 April 2026. This opportunity is only open to SeaPort MAC Holders. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held for this requirement via Microsoft Teams on Monday, 29 June 2026, from 1000 to 1100, Central Standard Time (CST). All interested Offerors shall submit their intent to participate with the company?s name, CAGE code, and name and email address of personnel who will be attending to via e-mail to Cara Murray, Contract Specialist, at cara.m.murray.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 25 June 2026, 1500 CST. Please limit attendees to no more than three (3) individuals per company. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
