Each respondent is asked to submit a capabilities statement reflective of their ability to do the work as outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this notice, including all base and optional tasks, along with proof of their active SAM registration. The resulting contract will be awarded using Best Value. The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $5M and $15M, which includes all base and optional tasks. Responses to this notice are due no later than May 15, 2026, at 1:00PM (EDT) and shall be emailed to David Boyd at david_boyd@ibc.doi.gov. No questions will be answered regarding this notice.
