Services shall be provided within 50 miles of 95% of the population of the 50 states and territories. (50 miles is based on local travel distance - Sharon Roach provided the GSA language.). Distance: Electronic fingerprinting resources across the United States of America and U.S. Territories, not to exceed fifty (50) miles in radius in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) ( Federal Travel Regulation IAW OAS 5770.1A) Quantity: The requiring agency anticipated processing of approximately 2,000 sets of electronic fingerprints each fiscal year.
