INTRODUCTION


The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (W58RGZ) ATTN: CCAM-AVA-B, Building 5303, Martin Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 (US) is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide inspection and overhaul of the MOTOR, DIRECT CURREN, NSN: 6105-01-070-7614, part number 527KE3.


The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES


The Government requires that contractors be able to provide all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the MOTOR, DIRECT CURREN, and to return the items to condition code A as defined by Army Regulation 725-50. Upon completion of the overhaul, the items shall be packaged and shipped to the required destination(s). The MOTOR, DIRECT CURREN, is a non-Critical Safety Item. A DMWR is not available.

ELIGIBILITY


The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 335312 with a Small Business Size


Standard of 1,250. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6105.


To obtain Army Regulations, Technical Manuals, and Technical Bulletins, the following website is provided for your convenience: https://armypubs.army.mil/.  To obtain Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs), provide your current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement obtained from the Defense Logistics Agency's Joint Certification Program (JCP) and all attachments to the following email address, email: usarmy.redstone.amcom.list.immc-pub-epco@army.mil, along with a printout of your current Cyber Security Maturation Model Certification (CMMC) certification in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) module which shows that you have the same level or higher required by this solicitation in DFARS Provision 252.204-7025. The CMMC level must be at least CMMC level 2 self-assessment.

capability statements addressing the requirements of this notice, with appropriate


documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant


subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability,


organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such


arrangements. Documentation should be in bullet format. No phone or email


solicitations with regards to the status of the RFP will be accepted prior to its


release.


Your response to this Sources Sought, shall be electronically submitted to the


Contract Specialist, Aysia Young in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document


Format (PDF), via email aysia.l.young.civ@army.mil no later than 15 days after this


posting, at 1700 hours Central Standard Time after the posting of this document and


reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the e-mail and on all enclosed
