The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, East Campus Integrated Program Office (ECIPO) requests letters of interest from potential prime construction contractors. The information received will be used for acquisition planning purposes to determine the appropriate procurement strategy and to identify and resolve business and technical risks. The Government will not award a contract based on this notice, nor will it reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response.


The anticipated project will be a Firm-Fixed Price Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project for the construction of the East-West Infrastructure Connection at Fort George G. Meade, MD.
