The Hermitage Municipal Authority will receive sealed bids online for the South Neshannock Road, Virginia Road & Miller Road Sewer Extension project. Bids may be submitted and updated online until 10:00 AM on October 1, 2024. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at www.PennBid.bonfirehub.com. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Interested bidders need to register at the PennBID web-site. Once registered, bidders can obtain all project documents and submit and update their bids online. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening.
