Southwest (SW) District Haydite Materials

The Missouri Department of Transportation Southwest District is soliciting bids for the delivery of Haydite material in various sizes, ranging from 1/8 inch to 2 inches, to be purchased on an as-needed basis. This firm fixed-price contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder who meets all mandatory technical and administrative specifications. The base period of performance runs from the date of award through July 31, 2027, with the possibility of two one-year renewal options at the agency's discretion. Deliveries are primarily designated for the Springfield Maintenance facility in Missouri, with all shipping and handling costs included as FOB Destination. Award evaluation is based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology, prioritizing compliance with mandatory specifications, price, and vendor responsibility. A 10 percent price preference is available for bids complying with Buy American requirements via Exhibit N. Contractors must maintain liability insurance naming MoDOT as an additional insured and adhere to state and federal regulations, including the Drug-Free Workplace Act and non-discrimination laws.
