Full Description

This announcement is a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Remote Sensing Systems Directorate (RS) Contracting Office (RSK), Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA. This NOCA does not consitutute a Request for Proposal (RFP, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government to further evaluate capability briefs, release a competitive solication, or awrd a contract. The SMC/RS Space Situation Awareness Environmental Monitoring (SSAEM) program intends to issue a RFP to University Corporation Atmospheric REsearch (UCAR) for the SSAEM Sensor Integration and Support Contract No. FA8803-18-C-0001. This will be a sole source action. The RFP will be issued no earlier than 15 days after publication of the NOCA. The effort will provide sensor integration and support to the COSMIC-2 constellation. The period of performance anticipated to begin on 01 Dec 2018 with a two-year base period and three (3) one-year options.
