This contract, identified as SPE4A5-26-T-104G, covers the procurement of 22 units of spacers, sleeve type, under the National Stock Number 5365-00-015-8723. The items are to be delivered within 73 days from the order date, with a required delivery date by April 9, 2028, and shipment expected by July 20, 2026. The contract mandates compliance with Department of Defense packaging requirements per MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking standards following MIL-STD-129. Inspection and acceptance of goods will occur at the destination, specifically at DLA Distribution Cherry Point, North Carolina. The contract enforces stringent quality and technical requirements, referencing the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which governs contract compliance including tailored higher-level quality controls, sampling protocols per MIL-STD-1916 or equivalent, and specific handling precautions such as prohibiting intentional mercury content except in defined applications. This procurement is managed by the ASC Supplier OEM Division under the Department of Defense and involves coordination through key points of contact at DLA, with packaging, palletization, and shipping instructions clearly specified to ensure proper delivery and handling. The contract highlights the critical nature of the application, including mandated removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies and adherence to quality assurance plans with strict acceptance criteria allowing zero non-conformance in sampled lots. Delivery terms are FOB origin, and all packaging and transportation follow DLA-specific procedures to maintain integrity throughout the supply chain. The contract documentation provides web references for additional technical and procurement guidance and includes comprehensive instructions for vendors on quality requirements, shipment, and inspection processes.
