The government will use responses to determine whether to set aside the future contract for small businesses or proceed with full and open competition, potentially resulting in multiple awards. There is no active solicitation at this time, and responses are voluntary with no financial obligation from the government. Interested parties must submit all information by close of business on July 27, 2026, via email to Gabrielle Smith at gabrielle.smith@dla.mil.
