Special Events Services

The City of Pittsburgh, through its Office of Management and Budget in conjunction with Pittsburgh Parks & Recreation, has issued a solicitation (No. 2024-ITQ-373) dated February 11, 2025, to establish open-ended master professional services agreements for Special Events Services. These contracts are intended to engage qualified individuals or firms to provide a range of professional services related to City-sponsored event production.
