Full Description
The Government intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
The bridge contract is necessary to ensure continuity of critical services while the Government responds to a pending protest with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims regarding award of contract HQ003426FE228. The anticipated bridge contract will provide uninterrupted support for analytical, case management, programmatic, technical, and administrative support for an estimated period of 18 months (6-month base period and two 6-month option periods) with a start date of June 19, 2026.

However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the Government’s requirements within the required timeframe. Responses must be received no later than 12pm EST on June 12, 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses received is solely within the Government’s discretion.**
