The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Crow Service Unit is awarding a non-competitive, sole source contract to SIEMENS HEALTHCARE DIAGNOSTICS INC, 511 BENEDICT AVE, TARRYTOWN, NEW YORK 10591-5005. The company shall provide UniPOC software and the license fee for the Crow Service Unit. Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc is the exclusive software developer of the UniPOC Data Management Systems. This includes all proprietary services associated with the installation, implementation, training and support of the software.
