91--Provide Lube Oil Requirement for NOAA Ship Pisces

The contract requires the provision of Long Lead Time Material (LLTM) SCBA equipment for the NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter in support of its upcoming Drydock Availability, with delivery scheduled for September 1, 2026, to the vessel at 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS. The equipment includes a Model EA07H 6000 PSI, 20.7 CFM, four-stage breathing air module with a 15 HP motor and MK5C Grade E purifier, a MAKO SCFS2-3HP two-bank SCBA fill station rated at 6000 PSI with three-bank cascade control, and a storage system comprising two 6000 psi ISO/DOT cylinders with a 2036 CF capacity and a corresponding rack. All items must be new, conform to strict dimensional constraints, and be accompanied by operational, maintenance, and technical manuals along with installation drawings.
