Full Description

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to C. Forbes under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 for the delivery of specialty award devices. C. Forbes, Inc. owns the approved die cast used for the production of the awards. C. Forbes has been determined to be the only vendor who can make these particular award devices based on a design that has remained consistent throughout the years and can ensure delivery in time for the awards ceremony that will be held in October. This notice is not a Request for Quote and no solicitation will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this award is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses received will be considered for informational purposes. Only email inquiries will be accepted.
