Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Procurement and Grants Office(PGO). This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a for contract using other than full and open competition for Splunk Professional Engineering Services with Splunk Inc., 250 Brannan St, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, California, 94107. The CDC requires Splunk Professional Engineering Services to make modifications to the existing Splunk system and tune the application to provide feature enhancement and customizations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
