Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) has a requirement for Sports Officials for the fitness center program. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation Number FA281626Q0005 is issued as a “Request for Quote”. The Government proposes the acquisition of a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract to support the LAAFB Sports Official requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform the service at Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California and any other locations stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
This acquisition is 100% set-aside small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 711219 which has a small business size standard of $16,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is R499.
The Contractor must ensure all personnel performing work under this contract complete Level I Antiterrorism Awareness training within thirty (30) calendar days of requiring access and annually thereafter. Training is available via Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) at: https://jko.jten.mil/courses/AT-level1/launch.html. In addition, the Contractor shall maintain certificates of completion for all employees and sub-contractors and provide them to the COR upon request. Note: This requirement applies to all Sub-Contractors as well. The Contractor shall ensure all personnel performing work under this contract attend the local Security/Antiterrorism briefing, provided by 61 SFS/S5X, prior to or on the first day of installation access.
