The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit, Design and Construction, on behalf of the Western NY DDSOO, is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform required work for Roof Renovation at 12111 Main Street, Perrysburg, NY 14129. The Project Manual and Drawings for the project may be obtained via the Documents tab for this project advertisement. Bids for this project must be received prior to the time of the Bid Opening, as detailed in the Project Manual full Advertisement for Bids. Contractors who are interested in submitting a Bid for this project should carefully examine and be familiar with the Drawings and Specifications, and the Project Manual including all Bidding, Contracting, and General Requirement Specification Documents. Site Visit: Bidders are strongly urged to attend the Site Visit(s) to be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday September 16, 2025, and 10:00 AM on Thursday September 18, 2025, to take field measurements and examine existing conditions of the project area. It is the responsibility of the bidder to know the site(s) requirements based upon the work being requested. This project’s anticipated commencement will be on or after April 1, 2026, per the Specifications, Section 011000 Summary of the Work, Part 1. General under 1.03 Restricted Work Period. Bid Security deposit will be required in the amount specified in the full Advertisement for Bids. The Selected Low Bidder will be responsible for providing documentation of mandatory pre-award submittal requirements, including but not limited to: Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (CCA-2), references and experience, list of proposed sub-contractors, detailed estimate, and proof of required insurances.
