The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division is soliciting quotations for the procurement of two SPx Tracking Server runtime licenses (Windows) from Cambridge Pixel LTD, a UK-based manufacturer. The acquisition will adhere to simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12, and the Buy American and Trade Agreements provisions will be applied as relevant. Quotations are due by May 27, 2026, and only authorized resellers with a Letter of Authorization from the original equipment manufacturer may submit bids.
