Full Description
• CONTRACTOR shall prepare the PS&E for the Project to F/ETCA and Caltrans standards, requirements, and guidelines. It is anticipated that PS&E submittals for 35%, 65%, 95%, 100% and Final Bid Documents will be required. • CONTRACTOR shall determine the plans, specifications and construction cost estimates required to cover all aspects of the Project construction. • CONTRACTOR shall prepare all engineering reports for the approval of the Project by F/ETCA and Caltrans in order to obtain a Caltrans Encroachment Permit to construct the Project. • CONTRACTOR will respond and resolve all remaining reviewing agency comments and prepare the final Bid Package for advertisement.
