Scope: The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency is seeking a qualified firm for general engineering analysis, planning, final design and design services during construction for final design services of the Wildlife Safety Fence Project as more specifically described in Exhibit A to the Form of Contract (Section III).
• CONTRACTOR shall prepare the PS&E for the Project to F/ETCA and Caltrans standards, requirements, and guidelines. • CONTRACTOR shall determine the plans, specifications and construction cost estimates required to cover all aspects of the Project construction. • CONTRACTOR shall prepare all engineering reports for the approval of the Project by F/ETCA and Caltrans in order to obtain a Caltrans Encroachment Permit to construct the Project. • CONTRACTOR will respond and resolve all remaining reviewing agency comments and prepare the final Bid Package for advertisement. • CONTRACTOR will provide construction support services.
