SRD Toilet Facility Cleaning

This contract provides seasonal to year-round cleaning and maintenance services for vault and flush toilet facilities across the Sulphur Ranger District within the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, primarily serving the Arapaho National Recreation Area to support high-traffic recreational use. The contract term runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four option years extending performance through June 30, 2031, allowing for a potential total duration of five years. Services include comprehensive cleaning, disinfection, trash removal, supply restocking, and floor maintenance at both developed and dispersed sites, with strict requirements for streak-free surfaces, bio-based product usage, and compliance with federal specifications.
