The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, hereby publishes notice of intent to approve a sole source authorization for Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to purchase TouchPoint Medical TPM-C-30083 secured electronic medication dispensing/storage cabinet system from TouchPoint Medical. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-9221. The Administrator of the Division of Purchasing has determined that there is only one vendor qualified to provide this property (commodity or service). A copy of the request for sole source authorization is attached in the Buyer Attachments section of IPRO. Any interested vendor may file a challenge to this sole source procurement, in accordance with Idaho Code section 67-9232(4), by giving timely notice (within five (5) business days after the closing date of this IPRO Notice) to: purchasing@adm.idaho.gov.
