This fixed-price, single lump sum opportunity has an estimated value between $100,000 and $250,000. The scope of work includes the full-depth removal and replacement of approximately 62,500 square feet of asphalt across five specific areas, the repair of five storm sewer drain structures, and the patching of five potholes. The selected contractor must complete all work within 90 consecutive business days following a written Notice to Proceed. Bids will be evaluated based on overall best value, and submission requires a physical site visit, a signed MTC Bid for Lump Sum Contract form, and a detailed cost breakout on company letterhead. Additional requirements include a minimum insurance coverage of $1 million for general liability and auto, and $500,000 for workers compensation. Contractors must submit a complete MTC Supplier Packet, including a W-9 and self-certification. Failure to complete work by the agreed date will result in liquidated damages of $1,000 per consecutive calendar day.
